No Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Eterna Srushti operates a strict no-refund policy for all programs, mentorship sessions, and admission counselling services. Once a fee is paid and a program or service begins, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Reason for This Policy

Our services involve significant preparation, personalized planning, expert time, and resource allocation before and during your program. These are non-recoverable costs that are incurred immediately upon enrollment:

• Mentor and counsellor time allocated for your sessions.
• Personalized study plans, college lists, and materials prepared.
• Access to exclusive resources, test series, and guidance materials.
• Administrative and platform costs associated with your enrollment.

3. Program Cancellation

If a student decides to discontinue a program after enrollment and payment, no refund, partial or full, will be provided for:

• Any sessions already conducted.
• The remaining sessions in an ongoing program.
• Any materials or resources already released or shared.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, students may request a program deferral (not a refund). Such requests must be submitted in writing to contact@eternasrushti.in within 7 days of the event. Approvals are at the sole discretion of Eterna Srushti management.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions missed by the student without 24-hour prior notice are considered forfeited. Mentors may reschedule sessions at their discretion but are not obligated to provide make-up sessions for no-shows.

6. Service Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of service, we encourage you to reach out immediately to our support team at connect@eternasrushti.in. We are committed to resolving concerns and improving your experience, but this does not entitle a refund.

7. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any Eterna Srushti program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. This agreement is binding from the time of payment.
